The researches refer to the importance of practicing sports
for improving the mode, and the physical functions.
Your ability of exercising depends on your physical and
healthy status. If you will start practicing sport for the first time, so you

practicing sports before the diagnosis, you will feel your life is not affected

Ask your doctor about his training plan that suits you
during and after the treatment.
Tell your doctor how much you need the physical training.
As long as your doctor permits you to exercise sports, visit
a physical therapist to put a suitable plan. Note that if you are a new
physical trainee, you may find some difficulties, but it has no relation with
the cancer, like: the limited movement of your leg, or the weakness of the
abdominal muscles.
The more your physical power is, the quicker recovery you’ll
get after the surgery.
Search for a certified physical trainer and experienced in
dealing with cancer breast patients. He will help you start training and
produces the necessary precautions that you might need.
