The breast cancer is a disease that may catch men or women
but it’s rare in men. Every lady should be keen on monthly self-examination 3-5
days after the period ends. At this time some hormones changes may cause
heaviness in the breast, but this feeling vanishes after the period ends.
The self-examination steps:
Step one:
Stand in front of a mirror, remove your clothes, put your
hands aside, make sure that there are not any changes in your breast, or
nipples.
Step two:
Put your hands on your hips, pull your elbows forward, make
sure that there are not any changes, or lumps in the nipples
Step three:
Put your hands behind your head and put your shoulders
forward, focus on observing the nipples shape.
Step four:
Divide the breast into 4 places,
Step five:
Check your breast, use the pads of the three middle fingers
opposite to the rib cage, in a circular way, then press on the whole breast
especially behind the nipples.
Step six:
It’s very important to check your under arms.
Step seven:
Press on the nipples to observe any excretion specially if
it’s accompanied with blood.
Lastly:
Sleep on your back with repeating step 4, then Lie down on
your back with a pillow under your right shoulder. Use the pads of the three middle
fingers on your left hand to check your right breast, and vice versa, to check
any breast tissues or lumps.
